Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing, with Taekwondo, Muay Thai, and Savate also having some influence. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
Our classes focus on build fitness and technique, without the commitment to a full Martial Art. We hold the classes at our Bromborough Academy on Monday evenings at 8 p.m. and they are open to all ages and experience levels. Even if you’re a complete beginner there will be something in this class for you.
