Sparring training is designed to help individuals to improve their techniques, confidence and general fitness towards tournaments.
Classes are specially designed to focus on what is required to help a student become the best they can be at sparring or if you compete, to prepare towards competitions:- locally, nationally and internationally . Sparring techniques are broken down and individually recognised to suit a person’s ability. Whether you are a first timer to competitions or a world champ, the class caters for everyone’s needs.
Sparring class is run on every thursday evening at the Academy.
